Our Business Membership is open to companies that possess a strong commitment to providing quality products and services, and have a solid reputation for high integrity and ethical business practices. We put a high premium on honesty, integrity and professionalism, and we welcome only companies that share this philosophy. Our CBM acceptance policies are a bit rigid, because the satisfaction of our members is paramount.

Your FAH Business Membership tells prospective customers of your company’s declared commitment to the highest standards of business ethics and honesty, and providing top quality, professional service. Your affiliation with FAH, will assure fellow members (and non-members) that they can engage your services with confidence, and without fear of being cheated or taken advantage of.

A Source for New Customers

As a Business Member of FAH, your company will benefit by having both local and statewide access to an organized and responsive group of fellow members who are encouraged and eager to support and patronize a fellow FAH Member’s business -YOURS!!

High quality, low cost leads

Good, qualified leads are the lifeblood of any business. Your Business Membership allows you to participate in our many sources to generate new business. Here are a few:

Find a Pro Referral Service - our public-facing referral service, where members and non-members come request the professionals that they need.

Connections Home Show - our member-to-member networking events where you can expose your company to area members and invited non-members. These events have been suspended until further notice, because of Covid-19.

Ask a Pro - an online forum where members seek advice from professionals in various fields.

Homeowner Forum - our virtual community where homeowners from across the state gather online to get valuable homeowner-related information and to get introduced to member companies, their products and services.

Florida Homeowner Journal - our monthly newsletter that goes out to our members

We are more concerned with the reputation and the quality of the companies that we accept for membership, than the number of companies in our membership. We welcome applications from companies that share our philosophy for  honest business practices, high customer satisfaction and are good at what they do.

While there are numerous ways to promote you company within the organization, we help by encouraging our members to patronize member businesses, and from our experience, homeowner members are eager to comply. Additionally, your exclusive offer to fellow members is also another great incentive for them to consider your business.

As a business member, there is no charge for member-to-member self-service leads at this time. Currently, you will only pay for leads that come from the Find-a-Pro portal and some of our other sources, whether they are members or not. You can see the fee schedule for those leads here.

When a homeowner member logs into his/her member dashboard and searches for your service, they will have your full contact information and your company's profile, so that they can contact you directly. There is no charge for these leads.

Each lead may be sold an average of 2 times, and a maximum of 3 times, unless the client requests more quotes. Lead assignment is based on many factors, such as how many other CBMs are within the service area that also specialize in the needs of the client. This distribution model gives the client an opportunity to compare service providers without becoming overwhelmed with multiple calls from competing providers, which could become annoying after the third call. Unlike other popular lead platforms, Certified Business Members do not have to worry about competing with up to 7 or more companies that also got the same lead, and the associated expense for those leads. Our system is designed to deliver win-win outcomes for all parties involved.

No, not at this time. We currently do not require any percentage or revenue sharing with your leads. Any revenue that you generate from the lead is entirely yours to keep.

Yes! There are numerous ways to market your business quite effectively through FAH. Here are just a few:

- Ask a Pro - Our new online Q&A portal. Members can post their questions and you can offer your expert opinion and guidance, which will be seen by others who may have the same issue. There is no charge for leads that you generate here.

-Virtual Events - This includes virtual home expos, as well as informative webinars that is attended by homeowners both locally and from across the state. You can choose to participate either as a host, an exhibitor or a sponsor. There is a modest fee to participate in these events, but any lead that result from them are yours to keep, without any additional charges.

-Florida Homeowner's Journal- You can promote your company via our monthly newsletter as a sponsor (logo branding), or you can submit any exclusive offers that you may wish to announce to fellow members, for a moderate fee.

- Blog posts - You can submit well written, informative and educational articles for publication on our blog. This must be original content that is exclusive to FAH, which means that it has not been published anywhere else. Your company's information will be included in the footer area of that article. Readers are free to contact you from there. Leads from this source will be a modest $5 - $10 each, depending on your business type.

-Live networking events - These events include live, one-day home expos and networking events that give you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with other FAH members in the area. We have suspended these events due to the Covid-19 epedemic, and we will resume when it is safe to do so.

Great question! If you are accepted into our CBM program, you will receive various visibility tools that will identify your company as a FAH Certified Business Member, including:

- FAH Certified Business Member wall certificate, which is suitable for hanging on your wall at your place of business
- CBM decals for your vehicles (up to 10 at no charge. Additional decals @ $1 each, which includes shipping them to you).
- FAH CBM trust seal for your website.
